It is so important to develop a strong core to help build better balance and stability in our lives. This will lead to less injuries and pain as we get older. Our Core Fit class focuses on cardio exercises to help develop the core, including kickboxing. We add on strength training to work all the muscle groups, including stability balls, bands, weights, and your own body resistance. Each class is different, engaging, and never boring. The important thing is to work at your own pace. You are in competition with yourself and no one else. Development of feeling stronger, more confident and in control awaits you.
